Check-in was easy and the front desk was genuinely welcoming — no long line, no upsell pressure. Pool towels are kept at the front desk rather than poolside, which is a small thing worth knowing before you head down in your suit expecting a towel stack.
The Navigation Trap: Don’t Trust Driving Directions
The Room: Newer Feel, Real Kitchen, Family-Friendly Layout
The room had that newer-property feel — clean lines, updated finishes, nothing worn in. The kitchenette is genuinely useful, not just decorative: full-size fridge, sink, microwave, and enough counter space to actually use it, plus pots, pans, silverware, and plates included so you can prep a real meal instead of just reheating takeout. Note there’s no built-in stove — the front desk can provide a portable burner (with a small pan) on request if you need to actually cook something. For families, the king bed plus pullout couch is a real plus if you’re traveling with small kids and don’t want to book a second room.
Comfy bed, lights were already on for us at check-in, and it felt quiet from the moment we walked in.

Pool hours run 9am to 10pm. Breakfast is included and runs 6:30–9:30am on weekdays, 7–10am on weekends. There’s an outdoor propane BBQ area if you want to grill instead. The fitness center and coin laundry are open 24 hours on the first floor ($3 to wash, $3 to dry, quarters only — change available at the front desk).
Location: Walkable to More Than Just the Stadium
Allegiant Stadium isn’t the only thing in walking distance. T-Mobile Arena is also walkable from here — not far at all if you’re up for the stroll. In-N-Out and a gas station are right nearby too, so you’re not stuck relying on hotel food or a rideshare for a quick bite. If you’d rather be on the Strip itself, it’s not too far to get there either.
