That’s exactly what fools people. It sits behind the Venetian and Wynn on Sands Avenue, not on Las Vegas Boulevard, and it has far fewer parking spaces than seats.

How Las Vegas Sphere Parking Works: Book It With Your Tickets
On-site Sphere parking isn’t sold through a parking app. It’s an add-on you buy on Ticketmaster for your specific event, and it’s limited. The Sphere also points guests to the Howard Hughes lots east of the venue and other nearby garages.
- Prices change by show. Immersive film nights usually cost less to park than headline residencies, which can run several times as much. Check the add-on price when you buy tickets.
- No overnight parking at the venue.
- No re-entry. Once you leave the building, you’re out for the night.
- Allow extra time. The Sphere itself warns drivers to expect street closures around the venue.

The Venetian Walk: What Locals Actually Do
Parking at the Venetian or Palazzo and walking over is the move I recommend most. A covered pedestrian walkway connects the Venetian side to the Sphere, and standard admission guests enter through the Venetian Bridge stairway. You stay out of the street traffic around the venue, and after the show you walk back through the resort instead of waiting in a pickup line.
Resort garage rates change, and locals and loyalty members sometimes get better deals, so check the current rate at the garage or on SpotHero before you go.
Accessibility note: The Venetian Bridge entrance uses a stairway. If anyone in your group needs a step-free route, contact Sphere Accessibility Services at 725-258-6724 before your show to plan the best entrance.

The Sphere concierge, where you can buy tickets in person, is by the Plaza Entry. It opens at least an hour before showtime on event days.
Rideshare: Manhattan St and Westchester Dr
Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off at the corner of Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive. The venue entrance is right across the street, and staff direct guests on event days. Set your pin there, not at the Sphere’s street address on Sands Avenue.
Local tip: You’ll pass Lot M on Westchester Drive. It’s for authorized vehicles only, with security screening at the gate. Rideshare drop-off and pickup is at the corner of Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive, so keep going to that intersection.
The exit hack: When a sold-out show lets out, the official zone backs up fast. Walk back through the Venetian and request your ride from the resort side instead. It usually beats standing in the crowd.
The Sphere Bag Policy: Smaller Than Most Venues
This catches people who are used to stadium clear-bag rules. The Sphere is a no-bag venue, and the size limit is small.

There’s no bag check: The Sphere doesn’t hold bags, coats or other belongings. If your bag is too big, it has to go back to your car or hotel, which is one more reason to park close or stay nearby.
The Sphere is also cashless. Cards and mobile wallets only, with reverse ATMs on site that turn cash into a debit card.
Grand Prix Week: Plan Around the Race
The Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19–21, 2026, and Sands Avenue is part of the circuit. Expect evening road closures around the Sphere that week, along with heavier traffic during the build-up.
